Delivery Terms

Thank you for shopping with forkids.id! We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions for our delivery services:

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to most locations within Indonesia, including major cities and regions. For international orders, please refer to our International Shipping section below.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products and the delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 03.00 PM will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Express Delivery: Available for faster processing and delivery, typically within 1 (One) business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and local courier services.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or if there are missing items, please contact our customer service team within 1 days of receiving the delivery.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. Forkids.id is not responsible for items that are delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. International Shipping (if applicable)

For customers outside Indonesia, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that:

  • International shipping charges will vary depending on the destination country.
  • Delivery times may vary and are subject to customs processing, which can cause delays.
  • Any customs duties or taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Non-Delivery Circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, strikes, or other events beyond our control. If an item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund or an alternative solution.
